Trained Installers
Labor quality is of upmost importance to us. For this reason, our installers are constantly trained and educated on the latest installation protocols stipulated in the current Florida Building Code and the Notice of Acceptance of the products being installed.

President: Matthew Ermovick
Native Born Floridian, Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance & Economics. Attended College at McKendree University in Lebanon, IL. Received a Football and Academic Scholarship. In Construction and real estate services since 1994. Started building homes in Illinois in 1994, graduated college in 2000, moved back to South Florida in 2001. Worked with Property Management company for 7 years. Licensed General Contractor since 2007, Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2011.
Vice President: Robert Ermovick
Born and raised in Illinois. Certified Tool and Dye maker – Ranken Technical School in St. Louis, MO. Moved to Florida in 1997. Worked at Lathiam Marine developing boat steering components and other marine equipment. Worked with AltiSource fabrication for Heavy Duty construction equipment. Worked as Building Supervision on special Concrete Construction project in Lauderdale by the Sea. Started remodeling property for others in 2003 and remodeling investment properties. Became licensed General Contractor in 2013.
